Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Salisbury not lighting up?

Some months ago the Salisbury unveiled rather good new lighting, with up- and down-lighters on the facade and a new illuminated sign, but now they hardly ever seem to be lit. Does anyone know why this is?

And have the lights on the dome being turned off? Why?
