Drink and drugs issue on my road-update

I was given quite a number of very useful suggestions about things I could do, which I have been trying.

Unfortunately the issue persists, however the local police have been in touch and there was an increased police presence for two days. They advise the most productive thing I/we can do is to keep reporting it on 101. They also put a post on here about it.
