Hi I'm a complete yoga beginner but have just done a iyengar class and loved it. Can anyone recommend a yoga teacher who will come to my house on the ladder early in the morning and teach me yoga before I go to work?

Hi, there is a lovely Yoga teacher who teaches at St Pauls Church, Cavendish Road on Tuesday eves - I attend her classes and can highly recommend her- I believe she also does some individual work:
