Look at this.... Anyone know who the person stealing the wallet is? CCTV shows her very clearly! Anyone know who it is? If so please report.

... Or make sure sure we GPS tag prolific offenders. She will be known to the police like an old friend or will be soon enough. Why not away the opportunity from hampering the criminal, not the victim ?
