Injured black cat/red collar - Duckett/Cavendish Rd N4
There is a black cat which roams a lot on the roadside of Duckett Rd and Cavendish Rd N4. The cat had a gold collar (current collar in 2016 is red with small round silver studs). Does anyone know who the cat belongs to? It's risky for a cat to be out the front. It's much safer for a cat to have access to a back garden and have a catflap.
Recently it's back legs had lost fur. The cat has an injury on the right back leg/foot, it's raw, sore and swollen. This will need vet treatment and the cat should be inside until it heals, poor little thing, as otherwise will get infected.
The cat is too scaredy to be stroked or picked up.

This cat is still around. Used to wear a gold collar. Collar was subsequently changed to a black and white collar and the cat is now wearing a red collar with silver studs.
So the cat must have an owner, but is on the road a lot and seems to get regular injuries, perhaps car injuries or cat fight injuries. Latest injury seems to be around tail area. Probably needs some vet treatment and neutering and to be away from the danger of the road, and at least safe inside at night.
