Police incident tape and police guard again

On high street just before the bridge by new river avenue. Any ideas what has happened? Hopefully it's flooding related to potential flooding and a precautionary step.

I wondered the same thing.  Not convinced its flooding related - there were 3 police hanging around when I went past.

The flooding is more hope that it's not anything more serious :-/
