Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Yellow Box Junction required outside Bounds Green station?

Tailgating motorists crossing from Durnsford to Brownlow Road persistently block the flow of traffic on the Bounds Green Road at peak times causing long tailbacks and delays in both directions. Any ideas how I can take this proposal forward?

I'd contact your councillor if it's in your ward, or alternatively the cabinet member for the environment, Peray Ahmet, whose brief includes roads and traffic.

Just argue how much money the council would make from it. They cream it in off Green Lanes so you are away.

Agreed. It was chaos yesterday around 6pm/7pm. And they've already got a camera snapping people turning left into Brownlow Road anyway.

Yellow box junctions - the ones with criss-cross lines - have to be monitored by cameras.  I think they can do a Keep Clear box without.  We need some on Broad Lane where the Essex commuters create a tailback in the morning and we can't get out of our roads to join the scrum.  We asked for box junctions, got flipped off.
