Whittington - Lost MRIs - How Many

Has anyone had an MRI lost at the Whittington Hospital in the last few years or know of anyone who has? If so, please could you contact me?

I have been trying to get an MRI scan for a second opinion for eight months with no explanation about why this happened from the hospital's management.
