I'd like to add that Anna's classes are wonderful - a lovely oasis of calm and serenity and good stretchy endorphins amid the chaos of the working week!

Since becoming pregnant I've had to take a temporary break from them, but this has meant that as I've been doing the round of pregnancy yoga classes trying to find one that I like, I've come to realise how much I appreciate the calm and friendliness of her practice, and the variety in the poses. Looking forward to getting back to them once the baby is out!
I completely agree, Anna's classes are great and rewarding!! I have found a good pregnancy yoga class however its not quite the same (understandably) and I look forward getting back to Annas class at some point next year!!
